About two months ago, I was told about an opportunity at a community called Dolphin Cay. Even though I’ve lived in St. Petersburg for seven years and South St. Petersburg for two years, I had never heard of the community. As soon as I set foot on site and saw the beautiful landscaping, buildings, and wildlife, I knew this was the place for me.

 

I spent three and a half years managing the community and we accomplished a large number of projects from a $500,000 painting and renovation project to seal coating the roads to improving our landscaping and security contracts. The list goes on and we came a long way in those few years.
