- We have just hired a new cleaning service for our building.  We are thrilled to announce our partnership with "Maid to Order" for our cleaning services.  This top-notch company comes highly recommended by our fellow Dolphin Cay Associations.   Let's give a heartfelt welcome and enthusiastic welcome to Sarah as she brightens our days with her daily rounds.

-The building has been newly painted.

-Newly updated elevators and electric panels.

-Front lobby was just refreshed and newly painted.

-The building passed the milestone inspections with flying colors. The engineer was reportedly quite impressed with how well cared for the building is. There was nothing major requiring remediation.

​

-Brand new roof: residents were invited to tour the roof when the contractor was finished. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the view from the roof!
