Dolphin Cay is
a gated community, with an onsite manager, a full
time assistant, three full time maintenance
personnel and a full time cleaning person that help
maintain the common areas of Dolphin Cay.
Dolphin Cay has many amenities, including
three pools (1 adult only), spa, library, exercise
room, tennis courts (clay), fishing pier, picnic
area and a private beach. There are 5 ¾ miles of
paths through the mangroves and around the lake.
The office is located in the Casino which overlooks
the lake, adult pool and spa. This is a beautiful
building in which to have a gathering and can be
leased for various functions by any resident of
Dolphin Cay.
There are many unique things about this
property. There is Skimmer Cove, Spoonbill Lake and
a 24 acre preserve. You can see many beautiful
birds, rabbits, otters and other wildlife throughout
the property.
There is a minimum of one year on all
rentals; therefore it is a quiet community where you
can get to know your neighbors.
